The New year always calls for new resolutions, and there’s always one resolution that people seem to make more than others, losing weight. Like most everyone in the world, I feel like I could be a few pounds lighter. Instead of coming up with this crazy diet plan for the new year in hopes of dropping a few pounds, I’ve decided just to make a few small lifestyle choices. I’ve started drinking more water, eating slower, and grabbing fruit in the middle of the night instead of a chocolate. Nothing huge, nothing dramatic, just something simple. To my surprise, this lifestyle change is actually working. From new years day to today I’ve lost two pounds. Which I think is pretty good, if I do say so myself. Hopefully, by sticking to this plan I’ll be able to lose fifteen pounds by the end of the semester, that actually doesn’t even start until next monday. Good vibes are appreciated.
